A certified PROSCI practitioner and Solutions Focused coach, Em has led and facilitated over 100 leadership alignment sessions, working closely with senior leaders and C-suites to create clarity, connection, and commitment.
She is known for creating safe, high-trust environments where meaningful conversations lead to real shifts in mindset and behaviour. Her strength lies not just in facilitation — but in enabling leaders to experience the change they seek to create.
